Depart at 8:30 am at your hotel for a motorbike ride from Saigon to Ben Tre, which can take us through the scenes of vast rice fields lining the roadsides, the coming Vam Co Dong River, and the thriving Long An city will slowly appear in front of your eyes.

We will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, one of the most well-known pagodas in the West. It was built in the late 1800s. Notably, it is widely known as a national historical and cultural relic and a popular tourist destination. Continuing our riding, we will visit the Dong Tam snake farm - It has a small museum with displays on the biology of snakes, their ecological role, and their medicinal uses. It provides information about snake venom and its applications, especially in traditional medicine. Here, we can walk through areas housing different types of snakes in controlled environments. Some enclosures allow people to see the snakes up close, while others are viewed from a safe distance.

Then, we will board a boat and cruise along the Tien River to see the four islets of Long, Lan, Quy, and Phung. Spend a couple hours on the boat and Thai Son Island, we will walk through the village, visit local houses and orchards, eat seasonal fruits, listen to Southern folk music, and try the taste of honey lemon tea.

Back at the boat, you will be taken to Ben Tre province. Here, you can freely visit the notorious Ben Tre specialty coconut candy factory. This traditional candy's sweet and unique flavor will be a treat for your tastebuds.

One of the highlights for our last day is to visit the Cai Rang floating market, we will wake up early and do the boat trip at 5 am. It is a fantastic way to experience the vibrant river culture of the Mekong Delta.

As our boat navigates through the crowded waterways, you'll see vendors on larger boats selling goods to smaller boats filled with local shoppers. Boats display their goods on poles (like bananas, pineapples, and watermelon ..) so buyers know what’s for sale. Enjoying the boat ride, we will have our breakfast on the boat by buying some breakfast from the smaller boats which offer hot meals like pho, sticky rice, and Vietnamese coffee. These floating eateries add to the bustling, colorful atmosphere and are a great way to enjoy an authentic breakfast right on the river. After breakfast, we will walk down the boat to the local market to visit the colorful activities in the morning and visit the rice paper-making, and noodle workshops. These add-ons give you a broader view of life in the Mekong Delta and local production.
Going back to our boat and visiting the fruit garden where people sell to tourists what they grow inside their garden, we have time to enjoy our fresh fruit and walk around their farm.

Then, the next destination is the Tra Su forestA small boat will take you deep into the Tra Su Melaleuca forest.
