The journey from Nha Trang to Da Lat is an unforgettable one-day motorbike adventure that takes you from Vietnam’s tropical coastline up into the cool, misty Central Highlands. Starting in the vibrant seaside city of Nha Trang—well known for its beaches and lively coastal atmosphere—the ride quickly changes character as you leave the ocean behind and begin ascending into the mountains. The road winds through dramatic scenery, including deep valleys, pine forests, waterfalls, and rolling green hills, with countless breathtaking viewpoints along the way.

This route is especially popular for riders who want to experience Vietnam’s incredible geographical contrast in a single day—from sea level to over 1,500 meters in altitude—ending in the charming highland city of Da Lat, famous for its cool climate, French colonial architecture, and beautiful flower gardens.

Before departing Nha Trang, we visit the ancient Cham Temple, a sacred Hindu site built by the Cham civilization between the 2nd and 19th centuries. These iconic towers feature a unique blend of local and Indian-influenced architecture and remain one of the most important cultural landmarks in central Vietnam.

Continuing westward, the ride takes us along scenic mountain roads where you can enjoy fresh air, peaceful rural life, and spectacular landscapes. We stop at a stunning viewpoint and a natural waterfall at the top of the mountain (around 1,500 meters above sea level), an ideal place to relax and take photos. Along the way, we also pass sugar plantations and lush rice fields, offering a true glimpse into the everyday life of Vietnam’s Central Highlands.

Before arriving in Da Lat, we visit the famous Linh Phuoc Pagoda, an architectural masterpiece covered in intricate mosaics made from broken glass, pottery, and ceramics. Its impressive dragon structure, stretching across the temple grounds, is crafted from thousands of colorful pieces and showcases remarkable spiritual artistry.

We arrive in Da Lat around 4:00 PM, completing a memorable journey filled with stunning landscapes, cultural highlights, and the dramatic transformation from coastal plains to highland beauty.

MOTORBIKE INFORMATION

• Easy Rider passengers will ride on Honda Winner 150cc, Honda XR150, or other reliable, larger-displacement motorcycles that are well-suited to these mountain passes and winding roads, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
• No scooters are used on this tour.
• Self-riding motorcycles are available for an additional rental fee.
• Guests wishing to self-ride should hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP – 1968 Convention) together with the appropriate motorcycle licence from their home country. Some licenses may not be valid in Vietnam. Please contact us for guidance on how to ride legally in Vietnam if your license is not valid. 
• Citizens from all Southeast Asian countries can legally ride a motorbike in Vietnam using their valid domestic motorcycle license. There is no need to convert it to an International Driving Permit (IDP), according to the ASEAN agreement on mutual recognition of driving licenses among Southeast Asian countries.

LUGGAGE

• The backpack can be carried securely on the motorcycle or arranged separately upon request.

• For convenience, we recommend traveling with a backpack instead of a suitcase, as it is easier to secure on the motorcycle. If needed, we can arrange to transport your suitcase separately to the tour's endpoint; however, an additional transportation fee will apply.
